Online Training Training to become an LPN online typically doesn't result in certification because you are unable to take part in the clinical aspects of the class. Online training can help you get a majority of the classwork such as anatomy/physiology and medical terminology completed, but you still have to enroll at a physical school to complete the lab work and to shadow a licensed LPN or RN.
