  A Day in the Park with Barney at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL is the popular live purple dinosaur kiddie show. It’s probably best for toddlers and their parents, although the show is very sweet. This is supposedly the only place in the US where you can see the ‘real’ Barney perform live. Other great attractions at Universal Studios that target slightly older audiences are The Wild, Wild, Wild west Stunt show, Flevel’s playland. Beetljuice’s Rock and Roll Graveyard Revue is a big hit with slightly older kids.The ET Adventure and Men in Black Alien Attack are really fun. The Back to the Future ride is excellent, but it’s a flight simulator and can cause motion sickness. Overall, many visitors rank Universal Studios in Orlando higher than Disney MGM Studios, it’s biggest rival. Definitely worth a trip to the ‘other’ Orlando. . . the world outside of Walt Disney World.
