Chest and Collar bone pain can be due to many reasons. Among cardiac and pulmonary causes angina pectoris (both stable and unstable), Acute coronary syndrome, Myocardial infarction, Pneumonia, Arrhythmia, Aortic dissection and Pulmonary embolism are common. Among non cardiac causes, this pain can be due to GI tract problems like GERD, Hiatus hernia, Functional Dyspepsia, nutcracker esophagus, Carbon Monoxide Poisoning and Sarcoidosis. So, in my opinion you have to visit a doctor for differential diagnosis and proper treatment.
