What summer jobs available for me?

What happens if i happen to get accepted to 2 summer jobs?

• i already applied for 1 summer job about 1-2 weeks ago, they said they'd give me a response at the beginning of the summer when they saw how much help they needed. but they seemed to be pretty positive that it would be a lot and i would get the job. now, my mom is saying i should apply to a couple more just in case i don't get it. i get her point. however, what happens if i get accepted to 2 summer jobs? i mean it would be great if i could work at 2 summer jobs and get more money. and i could make that work if they were at different hours most likely. however there is a high chance that they'd be asking me to work at the same hours, so it wouldn't work. what do i tell one of them if i get accepted to another? ...i applied to another and chose that one? that sounds pretty rude.

  Just make up an excuse, say that another job contacted you first, or ignore their phone calls lol
