How to cure a risen bump?

I have a Black Head Zit or "Risen"?

• I am a guy who is only 17 I found out to have a bump on my around my anal opening I thought it was a external Hemroid but after I took a hot bath and then a cold dip into a swimming pool later on that night the bump started to bleed I diden't know this untill I woke up the next morning and went to the restroom to pee because my boxer shorts where covered in blood. I wiped my butt with a wet towel and nothing but blood was there no poop so it's not coming from inside my anal it's the bump on the side of my hole. I asked my dad and told him about what it looked it and he said it was a "risen" when I looked at the said area in the mirror the bump has a big black head the size of your thumb nail. and it use to be pink and swollen but now it's black and pink and swollen and pouring out blood. It hasen't stoped since friday 5-25-12 it's now Sunday afternoon 5-27-12. I don't know what to do please help me I'm only 17 and this is scareing me.
