How to transfer pictures from my Blackberry micro SD card to my computer?

I got an iPhone but still have my old pictures and videos on my blackberry. I was wondering if there is anyway I could transfer it to my Macbook since I can’t email it to myself. The photos are not saved to the blackberry, but to the micro SD card that is inside the blackberry. I have a firewall cable (or whatever it’s called) that connects my blackberry to my computer. Can somebody give me detailed explanations on how I could do this? I also don’t have a converter (or whatever it’s called) to put the SD card in because it is so small, I also don’t want to buy one, will I have to? Please let me know. Thank you!

Go to www.blackberry.com and search for BlackBerry Device Software, download it and connect your BlackBerry to your computer through your USB (not firewall cable). The software would automatically open and it would show your device. Once it has connected click on 'Sync' and it would ask you what to synchronize, you can select whatever you wan. OR Connect your BlackBerry to your laptop via Bluetooth, open the files on your BlackBerry from your laptop and copy all the files and paste them somewhere else.
