Plan on constructing it yourself? As in purchasing all the parts separately then assembling it with your own 2 hands. But sense you are asking for help on configuration that would hint that you have less experience with such things. For your budget and your demands out of the system, It would be best to assemble it yourself, or having a friend who knows how assist or do it for you. Having companies to assemble custom configurations for you will cost extra, it will cost even more through companies who actually know what their doing and assemble rigs by hand and ensure near 100% perfection with a guarantee. But anyways. http://www.newegg.com is one of your best sites for individual computer hardware. Feel free to brows their store. Cooler Master HAF is one of the best cases you will find. I has some great stock air flow to ensure your system stays cool, and is a full size tower. PSU (power supply) - I like Corsair PSUs, and with your needs you will probably only need 650W, won't need much higher, hard to make a effective SLI build under 1k. As for prossessors stay with Intel, they are a little more expensive, but they are better. You'll want a 2 or 4 core processor. anything over 4 is a complete waste, some would argue that even 4 cores is a waste for gaming rigs. And they are right for strickly gaming rigs, however computers are often used for other things as well, some of which may require more CPU power. The i5-2500K is a common and great option. But you would also do fine with a i3-2100. RAM - Corsair and Kingston are top brands, shoot for 8GB@1600MHz. You won't ever need more than that for gaming. GPU - The GPU will be your primary determaning factor for what settings and how well your games will run. 2 major lines of graphics cards, Nvidia GeForce, and ATI Radeon. Nvidia makes them better, and ATI makes them cheaper. (sorry I don't know specifics about Radeon, so I have to leave them out) For what you are wanting I would suggest GeForce GTX 570 2.5GB And you need a Motherboard to put it all on. and for the processors I had listed you can do great with a Intel Z77. Thats really all the core components, but you also need things like a hard drive, optics drive, CPU fan or if you go decide you want liquid cooling, and others.
