How much weight should i loose to be healthy?

  • im 15 5'3 and i weigh 128 pounds i feel so fat all the time and yet i still eat crap im afraid im going to keep gaining if i keep up my habits i eat way too much all the time and im not even hungry most of the time. i just want to loose weight and sometimes ill starve myself for two days and then give up on day three and just eat alot again. help how much weight do i need to loose to be healthy and skinny and how can i loose weight fast im open to all options and how do i make myself loose the weight without giving in

    Your bmi (body mass index) is 23.7. Bmi basically Compares your fat and your height and compares you to the average person of your age. So you are at a healthy bmi. Over weight is 23.9 so you are very close to being over weight. I'm not a doctor or an expert on the subject. But trade junk food for fruit. If you drink eight bottle of water a day for a week you loose 7-10 pounds(I'm not sure if this is healthy but I did it and it worked) make sure to eat! If you stop eating it will just make things worse and it's a bad habit to get into! All you really need is about 20 minute of running a day and that will keep you healthy! Make sure to get plenty of rest too! Good luck !!

Stop eating out of stress. Befor you eat ask yourself if ur hungry or bored or stressed. Only eat when ur hungry. Also try to eat healthy foods rather than junk. Exercize and sleep well an the weight will come off! Don't starve yourself though, never ever do that! Food is energy, which ur body needs or ull shut down and stop working
