Why doesn't my Yahoo avatar work?

Why Won't YAHOO ANSWERS LET ME USE MY AVATAR?

  • I went on edit my preferences and clicked on upload or change avatar and clicked on my avatar and it doesnt show up. My profile is not hidden. When i went on yahoo profile it showed my avatar on that when i clicked on my avatar but not on here. Why won't it let me i waited a day nothing will work i tried everything. Please help me.

    It should work since your Yahoo profile is not hidden. Maybe you tried to change it at a time when the web was busy, try at a less busy time of day.Late at night or early in the morning. If you want to change your picture or avatar : Select your My Activity/Edit My Preferences.Update photo or avatar. Some other things you can do which might help : Make sure your browser is updated to the latest updates and has the latest version of Adobe Flash player plug-in. You can also clear the browsing history by pressing control,shift & delete together. This works for both Internet Explorer & Firefox.Can also work for Chrome as well. Try another web browser to what your using this might help. Hope that helps you,Tidus
