How much should I charge for a simple computer job?

Is it possible to charge ASUS Transformer TF101G like this?

• So, I recently go grounded and my dad put a pattern pass of his that I managed to take down and regain the possesion of the tablet. And tommorow, he and my mum are going on the seaside to prepare the apartments for the season. I'll be home, alone with my tablet but there is one problem; they took my charger. Well, iI'm not a stupid *** guy, and have already had my theories of hhow I should charge it for the 6 days they'll be absent. I have thought of a way that is probably possible... Well, actually 2 ways. I have a male to male usb cable. I have thought of plugging it in my computer, then pluging it in the keyboard dock and charging it that way. YES, it may not charge it as much as the original charger does, but it will do the job. If that won't work I can also connect through a 3rd party AC adapter fom my MP4 player that I had, It's like 0.5 A and 9 volt charger, but will it do the job as good as my PC? I mean, I heard that the PC outputs like 5 volts but i don't know how many amps can it output... So my question is, actually, in thory, would I be able to charge my tablet through a USB ort on the keyboard dock, or do I have to use the dock pin connector? BTW, my tablet is currently full but not displaying any lights actually, not flashing anything that it is actually charging even though I connected the USB to the 3rd pary adapter...

  Yeah and wait till you fry an under powered charger or better yet, ruin the charging circuit on your tablet lol.
