How can i make a Free Website ?

I want to know how can i make a free website. Ive used webs.com but i wanted to connect my blog to my facebook page but it didnt work so i dont like that. Also ive used Wix but it is so frustrating to use also its a bit slow on my laptop. Is there another website that i can make my free website on. I would like it to be safe , fast , Free and easy to use also if you have got websites for me will my website go google please i would really like you help Thanks. :D

I asked this question the other day and I was told to use WIX. So that's what I am currently doing, I got some more answers but I didn't really check them out. One was 'wordpress' and I can't remember the other one.
