Is it impossible to spread a virus through Mosquito bites?

Virus with bumps like mosquito bites all over my body?

• I'm positive is a virus because I went to my friend's house yesterday to pick her up and she told me her youngest (1 year old) had a crazy rash and fever and she was worried. I never saw the kid, she was sleeping, but I sat on a couch and changed there to a t-shirt my friend had bought for me. She has an older daughter, 10 yo, that in symptom-free and she is as well. I dropped her off 4 hours later but never got off my car. I drove to my house, a short distance and half an hour later started itching like crazy on my back first. I took the t-shirt off and kept scratching, just my back itched, and felt a bunch of mosquito bites-like bumps and went to bed and fell asleep. At 4 am I woke up itching all over my legs, same thing, with bumps that look like mosquito bites and after falling sleep again I woke up this morning with my arms worse that everything else I've described so far. Al lot of bumps and CRAZY itching. I feel it all over now. They look like a little red dot that itches and, if you scratch, a bump forms, it's not clusters, just what you get in tropical weather if you stay out at sunset with no bug spray. I've always been prone to catching viruses and I'm also very very attractive to mosquitoes and always get bitten. This morning I called my friend and asked her what's her daughter's rash like and she told me bumps like mosquito bites all over and she keep scratching. Don't know if anyone knows something about this and how it doesn't affect her eldest and herself that come in contact with the little girl all the time and got me, that was only there for 20 minutes.   Hey, don't worry this just happend to me. Two days ago I woke up itching everywhere and they looked like mosqutio bites it was crazy I don't even know how I got them. I'm talking bendryl right now and I was prescribed a cream from the doctor. You could have had an allergic reaction or got bit by something without knowing..like a spider or something. You will be fine, go to the doctor if you want too just for peace of mind. If you go email me back what they say. And what is freaking me out is when I just scratch a random spot on my body a bump pops up, and it looks like a bite. Get back to me! See ya:D
