What is up with my throat?

What is acctuley wrong with my throat im scared? *EMERGENCY! PLEASE HELP EVERYONE?

• for about roughly 3 weeks now ive been feeling like theres something in my throat, i also have lumps right at the back of my throat behind my tounge, they are quite large they match the same colour as my throat, I havent been eating properly because of it, which has now causes me to be only eating liquids, because everytime i eat solid foods, i instantly feel like theres something in my throat so i run and make myself sick. I have short breath some times from it and im having the worst night sleeps you can possibly have it takes me hours t go to sleep because im so consicouse about my throat closing, i constently keep drinking water and when i do im pushing something down and then my nose makes me flem, so i make myself flem and spit it out and then my throat fills all blocked up again so i keep fleming, i went to a & e a week or 2 ago and the man said my mouth didnt look inflamed, he had no reason what so ever about the lumps saying they were common. But it just didnt feel right i was struggling eating, swallowing and just keep contantly fleming every couple of seconds. i went to the doctor yestersay he said i have anxiety which im now taking medication for! but i honestly think its something! i keep fleming, i cant eat cause i feel like it get stuck? have i got lots of flem in my lungs and throat? if so can someone tell me how to get rid of it fast because i honestly think thats the problem i feel like i have so much flem at the bottom of my throat and the middle, when i drink water i push it down then i have to felm ot again befor my mouth is blocked up. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! IM EATING LESS THEN 200 CALORIES A DAY FROM IT IM BLOODY STARVING BUT JUST SCARED! HOW TO GET RID OF EXCESIVE FLEM IN LUNGS AND THROAT FAST!!!
