Like always having the newest mini-skirts you like them to wear, staying in fashion, expensive makeup and skin products, etc. These girls are usually wealthy enough to be around people who can afford to hang out at expensive places for dinner, clubs, etc. If you want one of these girls, you need to have dollars first. 3) Also, along with wealth you need to have either a natural talent in sense of humor that goes beyond most guys, so that you stand out to her, or you have to have the badboy (rockstar) personality that stand out of the crowd. If you are missing one or both of these two personality traits, then you need to be extremely good looking yourself. I know a guy who is not very attractive, not rich, has a slighly above average humor rate, and is with a hotty. But the more I learned about the hotty, I realized she is not all there, and she knows it, but she is super nice as a person.

Mostly looks, Dude. Being physically attractive i.e; tall, hunky and handsome. Having a nice smile and a voice to match. How you dress and what kind of cloths you wear usually makes the difference. Better not have bad breath! I've attracted them sometimes just wearing my tool belt and hard hat. LOL Those were the bolder ones for some reason. And by the way; one of which I ended up marrying.
