Samsung galaxy S2 android upgrade to ICS in India?

• Hello all, I am looking for android smartphone and I have budget of 25-30 000 rs. The handset I liked most is Samsung galaxy s2. However with S3 around d corner, to be available in d market soon, some won’t think its a good option but I am looking for a phone with good features and HD video recording and playback. There are phones like HTC one x and S3 but they are far more costly. So galaxy S2 fits well for me, my only concern in galaxy S2 is android 2.3. I know its little old and android 4 ICS is better with the good features. So I just want to know that is the upgrade of galaxy s2 to android 4 ICS available in India so that I can upgrade to ICS when I buy new galaxy s2. Is there any other android phone in the same range with better features ??

  The galaxy 2 is an excellent phone the upgrade was due a while ago but they found a glitch they are currently fixing prior to releasing it. That phone is less then a year old so it's not old. The upgrade is expected any time now. It has not been released anyplace yet. It's better to wait for it to be fixed then have to fix it later.
