Which programming language is best to create a website?

  • Hey I am planning to create a website which should enable chat setting for online users. Also i want to create a blog inside the sit to update on various things. which programming language is best to incorporate all of this??Do i have to use a host website like devhub and webs??

    html and php are the best choice. but u should know all of them if u want to make a good site. every language will help u in different ways.

well it depends upon the type of website you are creating. if it includes dynamic web pages then go for php(my personal favorite) but if includes those chat box and all then you may need some java also. no offence but i guess you are beginner so people would usually recommend you to use html but its too lengthy and no professional would suggest you to use that. what you can do is download microsoft frontpage 2000, its like a software for creating web pages and from there you can get the html code for your web pages and bang your website is ready.
