How much weight can you lose in a month and what are the best weight lost pills that are over the counter?

    It all depends on you and your body. You can lose up to 2 kilos a week, but some people can lose more. Here are some tips I followed and no one could believe I am the same person! It was very simple, I ate everything I was craving: 1- Don't eat more than 1500 calories a day 2- Exercise for at least an hour everyday 3- DON'T eat after 6pm 4- Always make sure there's salad on your plate! 5- Drink plenty of water 6- Everyday when you wake up, first thing drink a bottle of water, and don't eat or drink anything for 15 minutes 7- Drink green tea everyday 8- Add a spoon of vinegar to your salad 9- Weight yourself regularly when you wake up, cause then you'll realise what best makes you lose weight and the things to avoid that made you put on weight (according to what you had the day before) 10- And finally, put up a picture of a person with a good figure, whenever you think of unhealthy food or feel lazy to exercise, look at that picture These tips were the main things I followed, I lost about 30 kilos in two years. To be honest, eating after 6pm will make you put on so much weight, sometimes I'll eat very healthy throughout the day, exercise like there is no tomorrow but eat after 6pm, I instantly put on weight no matter how healthy I was. It might be just me and my body, but don't do it, eat early!!!! ;)
