Has LED been replaced by stronger technology?
-
I am looking to buy a new LED FHD Samsung monitor for my PC, and my dad does not want to get it. His apparent excuse is that there is something "new" in other countries that is relacing LED. I have checked google, and have not seen anything that confirms that, and the closest thing that seems new to monitors is UHDV (Ultra High Definition TV). Which is not even on the market yet. I just want confirmation from somebody if there is actually some new technology that will be available within the coming months that will replace 1920x1080 FHD LED Screens/Monitors.
