Can I transfer music from zune to my phone?

Will downloading and transferring music onto my smart phone cost me anything on my data plan for AT&T?

• So, I recently purchased a AT&T Nokia Lumia 900 and had a question about the music. I downloaded Zune and I'm ready to transfer my music from my computer to my phone, but I was wondering if there would be any charges for doing this (besides the charges for buying the music)? I'm not sure if I understand some of these things correctly, but don't some companies charge you for the memory you use on your phone and if you go over your limit? I was wondering if this applies to the music/apps that take up memory on my smart phone. So to dumb it down for you guys: Will I get charged for putting music on my new smart phone through Zune, like for memory consumption and such?
