What are good brands of cheaper lowering springs?

What would be more practical to lower my Honda. Coilovers or lowering springs? What's the difference?

  • I was wondering what would be better to lower my car. Coil overs or lowering springs. I would rather go for the cheaper of the two. But what are good brands for both and what would you recommend?

  • Answer:

You have stud towels. The hap to be shorter. And you can not cut them down. See if the is a kit out for your car. You will need ever pice in it. It is a bigger job than changing springs. The quick way is to change rim size to get the high. And dino to for proper speed sensor. Other wise the under size will hap to be custom done. Hope you have banker pocket. You like a solf ride. If you just change the coils. Your coil are around the stud towels. Which is what coilover are. the coil can be heated and it iwll come down and stay there. You wll no longer have working shock. Cause that is what a stud is in the front. The back is a bit easier. You can do the same with the coils. You will no longer have a solf ride. You will feel every bump in the road. Speed bump will some time high center the car so it cannot move.. It looks cool, but you resale valve goes out the window. If there was a market they would build car like that. Well they don't build them.
