Should Sir Winston Churchhill accept full responsibility for The Fall of Singapore in 1941?

Why do people feel it's their responsibility to shoot down the competition?

• Every religious question I ask online always has some idiot who believes I am choosing one side or another. I can even tell them I'm Agnostic and some Theist and/or Atheist will be immature as Hell, open their mouth and let some pile of **** fall out because of some childhood trauma they've experienced (actually I'm not sure they even experienced it. I think they're mostly reiterating what their heros for their particular faith <Theistic and Atheistic> say.) It's like they think if they repeat someone it makes them sound smarter??? I could ask a question about the psychological benefits of theism vs atheism and some idiot from either side would start bashing the other side. WHY??? Can't people just be imperical? I mean I know assholes on both sides and neither side is particularly better than the other. Atheism is catching up to Theism exponentially in the "Crimes against humanity" category. It's because we're all human. We all believe something and people seeking power are going to use whatever belief they can find to control you. Also, the argument that Atheist can't be held accountable as a group but Christians can is a paradox. Anything that has a name can be grouped together. If you don't believe in God then you DO believe that God doesn't exist and quoting other Atheists to make your point (being even a bit ignorant) makes you JUST like theism. The same holds for Theists, quoting your pastor isn't fact. Provide a Biblical example (it's part of human history) or don't be definite on your answer. Just because someone doesn't fall within your rules of holiness doesn't mean they don't have feelings. Einstein proved that you can't control what you think. You can only control your response. I respect Theists for their convictions and I respect Atheists for their convictions. All in all, we're all human. Get over you childhood and accept people for people. Just because you have an idea that someone else is an idiot doesn't mean your response should automatically be to open your mouth (or in this case, make a post) and let whatever ****'s inside it fall out. Not everyone is like your A/theist parents (or whoever it was that hurt you). I know parents on both sides who beat their children, who treated other people like ****, and who didn't respect anyone.
