How do I make my hair wavy?

How to make wavy hair -> straight hair?

• Basically i know it's possible to naturally do this. For example my Dad when he was younger had very wavy hair, but now that he is a lot older he has very straight, smooth, soft Asian hair. In addition i have heard so many people say that they have straight hair and when they get older they're hair gets wavy or something of the like. What my question is.... What biological changes go through for this to happen? Change of diet, specific vitamin intake.... Sun exposure. I don't know what goes on i'm no specialist but i'm sure someone here must know. Is there a way that i could maybe speed up this process? IE change of diet, or eating specific vitamin pills or some **** that will make this change go faster. I know a bunch of people are going to say that i should like my wavy hair but i absolutely despise it, it's think, it's wavy and it's IMPOSSIBLE to style and the heat/humidity makes it so frizzy that it looks awful. P.S - I'm Asian if it means anything.
