How to see the future in your dreams?

I see the future in my dreams. I have concerns?

• Hi, I would like to know whether you have heard of dreams that predict the future. I have had many dreams where something happens or someone calls, only to wake up and have that thing happen moments later or to be woken by a phone call from that person. This has happened for as long as I can remember but lately it has been much more often, almost every day, and my family is wondering what is going on and I don't know what to even tell them. It's a little bit weird when my mom wakes me and I tell her to answer the door, it's the dvd girl, and then the doorbell rings. I've also been having a lot of distressing dreams lately. Not what I would call nightmares, those things would probably not scare common people but the atmosphere is not right. Those dreams are not "movie dreams", they are more of "picture dreams" and I even feel that atmosphere of the dream when I'm awake sometimes. Most of the dreams are about a bridge pretty near my house and a building under construction (but I don't know where that one is). The last two times this had happened, the building I dreamed of caught fire in one of the apartments and a beach hotel had a bad flood during a storm. And I'm really worried that something bad is going to happen. I really hope you can shed some light on my concerns. And if possible, give some pointers on how to identify such dreams better.   The highly respected british engineer J. W. Dunne studied this phenomena you can see his findings in his book " An experiment with time". He showed that this is a fact of nature and it happens to every person he studied. I read his book after looking into this after i had several future dreams. Also t c lethbridge write an awful lot about this too. Dunne found he could get the same results from sitting with a clear mind and waiting for images to appear although he needed and anchor to improve results.
