Just won a macbook pro from ebay?

So I just won an auction on a USED macbook pro on ebay. I got it for $1450 while the MSRP was about $2100. The specs are really impressive. The thing is that I heard that it isn't safe to buy from ebay but the amount I save is really a steal. The guy has 100% feedback and I think he has sold some macs in the past. Help me please.
