How can I successfully lose weight in a healthy and quick way?

  • We are going to have a end of the summer church party in 2 months at a water park, and I was wondering how I could lose weight and look more toned by then. I weigh 104 pounds, and I am 5 feet tall. I am happy with myself but I would like to look skinnier at this swimming party because I will be in my swimsuit in front of boys I like. How could I successfully lose weight in a healthy and quick way for this end of summer party? Thanks! (:

You should cut soda and juice out of your diet. Some juice is okay but it would really make a difference. Have smaller meals and more snacks. Exercise more and if you want a more toned body, do sit up and lift weights or push ups. Eat healthy too.
