When exercising, how can I take care of my back?

Which trimester should a pregnant woman take particular care when exercising?

  • I know relaxin is released in the 2nd trimester so u would assume this would elimate the 1st trimester, relaxin stays in the system post birth so would u say all trimesters?

third really.. they tell you to keep exercising moderately in the first two stages but over doing it in the third can cause pre term labour.. plus its just too difficult now to exercise when you feel so heavy and have back pain. but just remember when you are working out, oxygen gets diverted to the muscles in your body that are being worked and away from the baby.. so dont over do it!!!
