How can I get my heart to stop racing?

• Im 15 and I just met this amazing girl. We flirt constantly and are both really attracted to each other and text all the time. Whenever I see that I have a text from her, I get so happy. The thing is every time i even think of her, my heart starts to race. I don't know why. It just starts beating really fast and I can't get it to stop. I seems like it keeps racing forever. It gets hard to breathe sometimes. How can i get my heart to stop racing every time I think of her. I love her so much but the though of her makes my heart beat like crazy. How can i get it to stop racing and calm down? Thank You
