What degree do i need to be a teacher?

  • i want to become a teacher andplan to join manipal uni But what degree i need? and if i only want to be a literature teacher what degree i need? and if i want to be a teacher of wildlife what degree i need?

    Well, literature and wildlife are two very distinct fields without any connection whatsoever. If it's literature and you want to teach in school; you need a BA in English with a B.Ed. If it's college you are targeting, you need an MA with a minimum of 55% aggregate for the open category to then write the UGC NET/SET exam. Once you clear this, you can get jobs. I am saying this in the Indian context as I assume you are an India with your name. Wildlife, I have no idea.
