What do you think is going to happen in the Legend of Korra? *Spoilers!?

• Well I was bummed that the 8th episode didn't come out today because I am dying to know what happens! I just wanted to see what others' opinions are about the show so here are a few questions to ask that you can answer: -What do you think of the show? -How do you think they will play out the plot? -Do you think this sequel is better than its predecessor? -Who do you think Amon is? -Do you think Amon can permanently take away a bender's bending? -What do you think is going to become of Asami? My Answers/ Thoughts: First off let me start off by saying that I love this story. I honestly believe that it is better than Avatar: The Last Airbender because it has a thicker plot. I loved the first series as well but from start to finish you knew the entire plot. That Aang needed to master all 4 elements and take down Firelord Ozai. In the Legend of Korra you really can't guess what is going to happen next which I love and Amon is a big mystery. On a side note I will say that the fighting scenes were better in Avatar than in L of K but the series just started so hopefully they will improve. Also, has anyone noticed that their bending styles are different? Korra still bends like a natural bender from the first series but Bolin and Mako have more of a modern day fighting style way of bending. I think it's really interesting but cinematically speaking it's not AS interesting as all the forms and hand movements that they used to do. Moving on, I honestly have no clue who Amon could be or even if he WILL be linked to the previous series. I feel like they might have Korra meet him without his mask and then later on they will reveal that it was him the whole time which would be a shocker. I'm not sure how the creators will go about this because everyone is expecting Amon to be someone from Avatar or at least linked to someone who was in it. I'm not 100% caught on that idea but who knows. A lot of rumors have surfaced up about it being Bumi, Aang's son, but I don't think it's that either. I feel like Bumi would be a lot more jacked than Amon and he's a lot darker too. I also don't think he can permanently take away a bender's ability. I think it is a trick to make everyone scared of him and to get more non-benders on his side because they might have an actual chance at making the world "equal" with Amon's ability. I think that he is just really good at chi blocking and the bender's 7 paths of chi were somehow thrown out of balance. Since Amon can chis block I feel like he could be linked to Azula's chi blocking friend from the circus? That girl was the only or one of the few chi blockers we even saw in the previous series if I do remember correctly. As for Asami, I think that girl is going to turn evil. I feel like now that the Fire Ferrets plus Asami are going to live at the air temple the romance is about to get heavy. The Fire Ferrets will be able to see Korra train to become the Avatar and see how strenuous it is. I also feel like Mako will become nervous for Korra since she is still apart of Tarlock's brigade thing. I feel like Mako will start really falling for Korra and he also had his amazing blunder that he clearly felt guilty over and still hasn't apologized for in episode 7 when he threatened to not be friends with Korra anymore. Then I feel like Asami will get upset at the Avatar and join the Equalists. Anyways, my rant is done and now I want to here what other people think cause this plot is making me ask so many questions.   I'm with you on that I was really looking fotward to thenew episode of the legend of Korra today but oh well I guess. I love this show its awsome and I'm not really sure of what I think about the plot haven't really thought about it. I think thelegend of Korra is just as goos as avata: the last airbender(though Sokka was my fav charator in avatar and I'm mad that there isnt anyone just as funny as Sokka in the legend of Korra,.............So far) Theres been all thistalk about Amon being Anng But I say that if anything I has to be either Anngs son or one of his decendents cause it has to be someone in touch with the spirit world. I think amon can take away bending and I think that if he wanted to he could also restore bending aswell. Asami is that rich girl right? If so I dont know what is gonna happen to her but she better step aside because her so-called man is in love with avatar and she likes him too so they'll endup together somehow.
