Please help me calculate my cumulative GPA?
-
Hey guys, I did terrible this semester. My cumulative GPA is now 3.0. I have two more semesters left in college. My summer class, which is 9 credits, and four more classes in the fall. If I get no less an A- in EVERY one of my following classes, what do you think my cumulative GPA will be when I graduate?! Thanks everyone!

Answer:
[ (total credits * 3.0) + (new credits * 3.67) ] / (total credits + new credits) This assumes that your university uses 3.67 for A-. To make a few more assumptions: If you have completed 75% of your college credits, and that comes to a 3.0, and you have exactly 25% of your credits to go, then getting all A-s you'll end with a 3.17.
