What are the best places to go in Orlando, Florida?

When I go to Orlando Florida to see Titanic and Seaworld Can I bring my dinner there in these places?

  • I am on budget my husband and I already bought our seaworld tickets on discount on ebay. We plan on cooking our food at hotel on a stove burner thing I have had for years. Its portable. I need to know if we can bring our dinner plates to Titanic and Seaworld in Orlando,Fl. And if I can get discount tickets to Titanic. What is holyland like as well , is it worth the trip to holyland and is it fun? I can get discount tickets there and may go there. Thank you Jane

really this seems like a joke. of course you can take your dinner plates into the titanic experience or seaworld! the titanic experience takes a couple of hours if even and you are walking around through a building. the only way you're eating dinner there is if you do a dinner experience. seaworld's policy is no outside food or drinks unless you have a medical need. my suggestion would be to eat before you go to these places and then eat after you leave. i've done this a great number of times. also you're not gonna find titanic experience tickets for any cheaper than they are. they are only about $21.95 per person thats really not much when you think about how expensive the other area attractions are. i have not been to holyland so i cannot give a review.

You know hotels will not allow you to have a hot plate (portable stove burner) in your room. That is a fire code hazard and against the law. Even the cheapest of hotels will have microwaves in the room. So you may consider doing microwave meals for the trip. I have seen people bring food into Seaworld before but you can not pack a dinner plate. Most people brought in sandwiches and stuff ll bags, backpacks, and packages are subject to inspection prior to entering the park. As a reminder, the following items are not permitted to be brought into SeaWorld for the safety of our animals and our guests: weapons, glass bottles, cans, any other type of sharp objects, straws, large hard or soft coolers, and any hazardous items or materials. Please leave any unnecessary articles secured within your vehicle to expedite your entry into the park. SeaWorld is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of vehicle including articles left within. I am very concerned that you bought tickets off Ebay. Theme park tickets are non transferable. So you are screwed if you bought used tickets. When you go to Seaworld they scan the ticket and then the machine will ask you for your fingerprint. The fingerprint must match the ticket. If you bought a used ticket such a a multiday ticket like a four day pass and they only used one of the days then the ticket will be no good to you. They will turn you away at the gate and you will be out of money you spent ont he ticket. Do not believe what anyone tells you. This is FLORIDA LAW. A person can not sell unused days on a ticket. Holyland is not fun. Its a bible museum, a wax museum showing the life of christ and a cheesy way overdone showing of the cruxifixan of christ. I would not waste your money. Use the money on a nice dinner

Sorry - no outside food. You probably can get away with a pack of Peanut Butter Crackers in a pocket - but no fixed meal. Never done Holy Land. I agree to fix and eat food before/after. If you are bringing your car - you can have a cooler in the car and go out to eat and then return back into the park (but that is a huge time factor that generally isn't worth it.)

First off, there's nothing wrong with saving money while vacationing. I'm all for it. You can take small snacks into Sea World, but not a large cooler. You can pack a cooler in your car and go eat when you're hungry. I'm not sure about taking food in the Titanic experience. They do have a dinner show there which is pricey. I would suggest doing the whole cooler in the car thing there as well. You're not going to want to carry around certain food items in the hot Florida sun. I've been to Holyland and honestly, if you're on a budget I would suggest skipping it. It's really not that great. I didn't find it to be fun. They have a bible museum, and a walk through type museum that has statues that are scenes from the bible. They also have a show, some really expensive food stands, and that's about it. I honestly will no be returning to Holyland. If you're wanting to do some other things while visiting here then I suggest buying an entertainment book. They run around $25, but they have a lot of buy one get one free deals for restaurants and attractions. You can just google entertainment book and the website should come up. Go under Orlando book. You can look at some of the deals. There are legit places that sell discounted tickets. I've never done the whole Titanic experience, so I couldn't tell you were to buy the discounted tickets, but I'm sure a lot of the stands will sell them. Also, look in the main lobby of your hotel. Most hotels have a section of discounts and coupons for attractions. They're usually only a few bucks off, but somethings better than nothing. Enjoy your vacation.
