How Do You Say "I Love You, My Life" In Italian?

Is it "ti amo, la mia vita" or "ti amo, mia vita" or maybe neither of those? also does it sound nice in Italian? like would an italian person say it? Anyway, any help is greatly appreciated, thanks :D
