How can I get rid of these scars?

How can i get rid of self harm scars? even if its home remedies how?

  • dont tell me to get help or give me sympathy vote, im getting help already. my scars and i have a fresh cut on my left arm and i can use powder foundation and it does it for a bit. next week im going on holiday with 24 people camping in hot sunny weather, going water park and beaches. do you know any waterproof foundatiion brands? what home remedies can i use to get rid of them? how can i hide them? if i get asked about them what excuses can i say?

    Hey, I know where you're coming from, it's okay. ANyways, foundations are a good idea for covering. But if you want to actually lighten them up, use lotions like cocoa butter and/or anything with vitamin E . Cocoa butter is used for many skin conditions including stretch marks and scars. Another good tip is to take a vitamin E tablet/liquid tablet and mash it up/spread it on. If that still won't work, use thick rubber bracelets and sometimes even a band-aid will look innocent enough. My excuses a lot of time is I fell or got scarached, no one will doubt you but they prolly won't belive it. I know people look at me like a liar. Try some scar cream you have find them at the drug store. It works wonders! They won't be gone as quick, but they will look way better, As for them, wear what ever you want, everyone has a past so don't not live your life because of your scars, I know its hard to just not care what people say, but try.
