How to get rid of a heat rash fast?

It's been sunny here for a week or so and i developed red ness on my neck only, i think it's a heat rash, and it stings and I'm not sure how to get rid of it. I tried Aveeno Moisturiser and I took a "Piroten" tablet but i don't think its doing much. Any suggestions?

just moisturise and cover if you go out in the sun. time will heal it..
