Can I gain weight if I drink muscle powder?

    Jump roping is cardio which will raise your heart rate and burn off fat. The only thing that will happen to your legs is they will get more toned. You arms won't do much with jump rope. Jump rope is more of a forearm workout for your arms. Now, if you want to build muscle in your legs and tone up your arms. Stick with the protein or muscle milk. Do this exercise I'm about to list below. I do this run, and have got great results. I warm up for 5 minutes at 5.5 on the treadmill. After my warm up, my 30 minute run starts. I walk for 2 minutes starting off at a pace of 3.5, then I sprint for 1 minute straight at a pace of 9.0. After my sprint for 1 minute, I repeat the walk for 2 minute and run for 1 minute. I alternate this for 30 minutes. Good luck and let me know how it works out for you!
