How do I upgrade from Internet Explorer 4.0?

I use Internet Explorer 9, but Youtube still says it'll cancel. Do I have to Upgrade?

So, Youtube's saying it's cancelling Internet Explorer 7, which is fine for me since I use Internet Explorer 9. However, I keep getting the message that says that my browser will be unsupported. Do I still need to change it, or can I just leave it as is? If I do have to change it, does anyone know an easy way to transfer all of my bookmarks to the new browser?

I use IE9 and watch you tube movies all time and it has never gave any problem. It works really good. I also use You Tube on 4 other web browsers and they all work very well. If you have IE9 that's about all you can do. You can download and install Google Chrome. And I believe you can export your book marks from Internet explorer.
