Training or Professional courses for BE electrical engineer fresher for beeter job prospects?

i am about to paas out as BE electrical engineering from mumbai university,i have first class in 7 th sem and appeared for 8 th sem ,awaiting results. i have 58 % aggragate upto 7 th sem . i have a average academic record and i have a year drop since i failed to clear one subject of SE while entering into BE. due to above reasons i am going to struggle to get a good job opportunity..so anybody having any experience same situation and got job ...ur experience would be helpful.. are there any courses for core electrical engineering? e.g.there are courses for IT and ETRX CDAC,and other courses..like that for electrical ? there are course for automation training like SCADA,PLC..do they help i getting job ? are there any courses for ELECTRICAL DESIGN SOFTWARE like ELECTRICAL AUTOCAD etc,anybody with information about the training institutes.. plz help.
