How can i get my pictures back?

I did not backup my iPhone. Now I lost all my contacts and pictures. How can I get them back? anyone? ?

I was adding some songs. But i pressed the wrong button which was written 'back up' and it was from my moms phone. Now all the back up from my mom's phone when into mine. That's why I lost all my pictures and contacts. But all my mom's contact and pictures are in my phone now. How can I get mine back?
