What service or setting in windows 7 would prevent someone from pressing a submit button?
-
On chase's website (chase.com) for some reason the submit or login button under username and password cannot be pressed on one computer but THIS computer can press it. Ive reinstalled firefox and chrome, no addons or anything, and ive used internet explorer and all of them cannot press the submit button. I dont remember when it happened but it was a few weeks ago, dont remember anything standing out or downloading. The computer that cant press it is using windows 7 32bit. By not pressing it i mean when you try and click on it, its as if nothing is there. It may aswell be just an image of a submit button. Whats odd though is if i dont enter a username or password, it works with an error saying i need to enter my user/pass but when i do, nothing. Reset the password, called chase etc etc no one knows why it simply does not work on that computer. So is their any service that could mess with forms or anything? Its only chases website too, facebooks login button works fine. Maybe a service pack or something? The only difference between that computer and this computer is that this one is windows 7 64bit. Its nothing major but kind of worrisome that all 3 different types of browsers cannot press a submit button on a certain computer for an unknown reason. Just to clarify.. Computer 1: Uses windows 7 64bit, can press the submit button and login without any problems. Computer 2: Uses windows 7 32bit, cant press the submit button when details are entered in. Its not cause the websites down or anything, right now computer 2 cant do it but computer 1 can. So odd
