How to link adsense account to Blog?

Can I link two separate YouTube accounts to the same Google AdSense account?

• I've had one YouTube account that's been monetized since last year but I have another totally separate account (registered with a different email address) that I'm able to monetize because YouTube is telling me "Monetize your videos and grow your audience." and just below that it says "Become a YouTube Partner today!", with the "Get Started" button to click on. And another thing, why is it telling me to Become a Partner today? I thought you already had to be monetized and have a very active channel before being able to be a Partner. Btw, This is seen whenever I go to the Video Manager. I'd like to come up with a different format for videos and post them on the other account and have them monetized to the Google AdSense account that's linked to my main account and have the payments get directly deposited to my bank account as well. So, can this be done? If so, please instruct me as to how it's done. Thank you in advance! :)
