What major should I go into?

What type of major should i go for?

• I've been wanting to go for a major that i get to be outside or do something that i'll actually enjoy. I've thinking about going for anthropology but don't know if theres really any jobs for that but I really wanted to go for it. Im not the best at math but i dont know what to do. I dont want to go to college for a major with no future. Im good at computers, like web Design and what not but don't know what type of major for that to go for or if theres any jobs i could get from the major. Like i dont know if there are any anthropology jobs out there right now where i dont have to work at a college. Please help me.

  Mandy, if you like outdoor work that is often enjoyable, how about becoming a Park Ranger? There are jobs with both the state and the federal governments. Okay, jobs are tight right now because of the economy, but sooner or later things will pick up. There are plenty of National Parks (and some state parks depending upon where you are) that have a lot to do with anthropology. For instance, Mesa Verde, Chaco Culture, Walnut Canyon, etc. And, best of all, you might even be able to get summer work in a park while you are in college. Good luck!
