Blackberry software problems.

Please help! Problems with Blackberry Bold 9900!?

• Hi! I'll get straight into the point. This blackberry was my first bb ever and I'm not using it again. 1. So glitchy 2. So many software problems 3. The Blackberry desktop software NEVER works and it cannot even connect to my BB 4. The Blackberry desktop software leaves many, MANY useless background tasks in the background even if I clean up everything blackberry in my Mac 5. Can't update software of my BB 9900 6. BIS is so limited 7. File system is confusing and never works 8. AND I can't transfer ANY of my files. Number 8 is the biggest problem here. I REALLY need help with it. I tried BB Desktop Software, some Roxio stuff, Bluetooth, Wifi Server (from BB), etc and NONE worked. I'm especially disappointed that the Bluetooth didn't work. It always says (even though my computer and the BB are paired and my computer can send files to it but my BB can't do the other way round for some reason) 'cannot find device. service failed' Now I have no f*cking idea what I'm supposed to do with this. I probably wasted 24 hours of my lifetime digging this. RIM is the worst company ever and no wonder why people say BlackBerry sucks. But as for the time being, how do I fix problem #8? I have LOTS of footage took in BB that needs to be loaded onto my computer to upload it to Youtube. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, help me. Thank you!

  use a usb cable connect BB to computer and done (the one that you got when buy your BB)
