How do I change my windows live I'd emails without knowing the email password and security answer?

I just got a new xbox but I had a old Xbox and a Xbox live account but when I tried to sign in it asked me for my windows live id email and password but the email I used was so long ago and I never used it it was deactivated and I can't re activate it. Can I somehow change the email without knowing the email password or anything?

Answer:
There is absolutely no way of doing it without the password and security answer. Unless you contact the hotmail team and prove to them that it's your email you should be able to recover the account but it won't be an easy process.
