How can i get an older man to approach me?!?

im 21..and i just love older men in their late 30s and early 40s. around the ages of 39-43 is very good. how can i get one of them to approach and woo me? lately im obsessed with some of my professors in that age group. i just love men like that. i wont approach any of them obviously, but how can i get a man of that age group to approach me. how do i give off the vibe to them that i want them to?? that im attracted to them?? and are men in that age even single!?!?!?! how do i do it? how do i get what i want!? thanks
