How do you lose belly fat/weight fast at home?

• I'm 13, around 130 pounds, and around 5'2 height. But i have a belly fat and i want to lose it fast at home. What can i do at home to lose belly fat fast. What exercises? can't really diet because my mom doesn't buy "those foods" but i try to eat less at least. But what exercises can i do to lose weight fast, thanks.

  First off, let's get this off our sweet chests, eating less will make you thinner, but it's soo not the right thing to do! You will be missing out on nutrients, which give you energy, and you will be starving! Just eat the right proportions, each day. If you ever get cravings, eat yogurt, a banana, or even drink some water. If you dont have expensive machines to do exercises on, you can always do sports :) Since you are 13, there will obviously be a community sport center around you! For young children like you.
