I don't believe in the "illuminati" and AL QAEDA was responsible for the 9/11 tragedies, just like they were responsible for the FIRST WTC bombing in 1993. The Patriot Act was to catch terrorists, plain and simple and Bush got permission from congress before he put it into effect. He also got permission from 15 countries of the UN Security Council before going into Afghanistan and Iraq. It took FEMA three days to get water to the Superdome during hurricane Katrina; they couldn't organize a cub scout group.
