How to get rid of bruises fast?

Help how do I get rid of these bruises and bumps on my legs!!?

• I'm 13 and I think I have quite good legs I am tanned (mixed race) but I have bruises on my legs how do I get rid if them fast because my bruises on my legs don't usually go until 2 years later... I can't stand it ... also I sometimes get like spots on the back of my legs they are red but not too inflamed ( big bumps) they are not itchy just annoying and quite red... I moisturise me legs everyday so they are not dry or to moist for that matter... How do I get rid of them? :)

  Maybe an allergic reaction to something, but if it won't go away for such a long time, a visit at an dermatologist would be really helpful. He should know how to get rid of these bruises and bumps..
