Can someone interpret my dream?

Someone please answer: can anyone interpret this dream for me?

• Here is my dream... I'm sorry it's alot to interpret, but I can't get it off my mind and I really want to know what it means: I was dying. I needed some kind of surgery and I needed a donation for an organ... I wasn't sure which one, but it was somewhere in my right abdomen. I was wearing a hospital gown and I was put in a room in which they put a gas mask on me... they told me the surgery whould start soon and that the gas would make me fall alseep soon. When I "woke up" the doctor made me drink some kind of water. I suprisingly didn't feel any pain. I asked what was going on. My doctor said that there wasn't a donor. My mom walked away, upset that no one would donate the organ for me. My brother suggested that my mother donate the organ. I looked at him hurt, and burst out of the room, feeling the pain in my right side as I ran. I heard the doctor's and my family's panic as I ran. They wanted to catch me, but I was already toward the common area for teens. Once I got in there, I reckognized two doors I had seen plenty of times before. They both led to stairs. The one on the left was where crazy kids got unwillingly ushered into by the security guard who was eyeing me running in my state (I shouldn't have even been alive, yet alone running like a crazy person myself). That stair case also led outside, I didn't particularly want to go outside. I wanted to hide. The one directly ahead of me was another set of stairs. But this set of stairs was complicated, like a maze, as I have been told. It's easy to hide in there. I run as fast as I can, the security guard gets up faster than I did and he grabs my arm and starts ushering me to the left door. I cry out, horrified. "Help me!" I try to yell but it comes out as a barely audible whisper. At the last possible second, he pushes me forward instead of to the left. I push through the door and almost let it shut behind me, but first I whipped around and whispered thank you. I run down about three flights and start crying. I black out after a while. When I come to, I'm back in the hospital room. I walk to the common room, since I had been there for months in this dream, I had known most of the kids in that room. One kid that was completely gorgeous was my crush and I was his crush too. I walked in and saw him, and then walked out quickly. I couldn't face him right now. I couldn't tell him. Of course, he followed me out. Just my luck. He asked me what was wrong. I couldn't tell him, I just started crying. He held me and started crying too. "Neither of us have much time left" he said. Then my dream ended Additional Details I am in High School, I've never been in the hospital before (for me, I've been there for other people, but I haven't needed any hospitalization)
