How do I wake up early in the morning without feeling sick?

I wake up every morning feeling sick. What is wrong with me? What can I do?

  • Hello all, recently I have been waking up every morning feeling sick. By this I mean, I am physically lurching and can't eat any breakfast. I am a guy so don't think it's morning sickness.I have exams soon and wonder whether it is a manifestation of stress. If it is what can I do about it? Thank you.

  • Answer:

hi to you you are not very specific about how long you have been sick, are you on any medication? for example something to help your nerves or to keep you awake...are you eating regularly and healthily? have you got any other symptoms or does this only happen briefly in the morning and then you are 100% fine?....what are you vomiting...blood, bile or your last meal? is it just when you physically stand up ie. related to your balance/circulation/blood pressure? As you can see it is not easy to guess what it can be from afar. Do yourself a big favour and go and see your GP. Until you know what is causing it you cannot treat it and noone can really give you any tips...the body is making you aware of something so follow iits lead and heed it! It could be just nerves like you say or there could be an underlying physical reason. You don't need this worry on top of your exam stress so sort it out with a professional.. all the best
