If i change my password on my xbox live account will other people who have my account saved be able to log on?

I gave a friend my xbox live password so he could download a game I have, but he is using my account all the time and when i am online they try to use my account to play games online too. My question is if i change my password from my xbox for my account will they still be able to log on with out the password.
